Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing ST E Comm Resources. As a web-to-print service provider, most of our products are custom-made according to your uploaded designs and specifications. 
Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Custom-Printed Products

All printed products are made based on the artwork, files, and specifications submitted by you at the time of order.

Because these items are customized, returns or refunds are generally not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect or printing error caused by us.


2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Situations

We do not accept returns or issue refunds in the following situations:

  • Errors in artwork submitted by the customer (e.g., spelling mistakes, incorrect layout, low-resolution images)

  • Color variations due to screen-to-print differences

  • Minor color shifts within acceptable industry tolerances

  • Slight cutting or alignment variances within normal production standards

  • Change of mind after order confirmation

  • Orders approved for print after artwork confirmation

  • Delays caused by courier services or external factors beyond our control

  • Minor damage to outer packaging that does not affect the printed items inside

We strongly recommend reviewing all artwork and specifications carefully before confirming your order.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains a production defect caused by us, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order.

To assist with your claim, please provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Photos of the outer packaging (if applicable)

  • A brief description of the problem

Failure to notify us within the stated timeframe may result in the claim being rejected.


4. Resolution Process

Once we receive your claim:

  1. We will review the information provided.

  2. If the issue is confirmed to be a production defect or error on our part, we may:

    • Reprint the affected items at no additional cost, or

    • Issue a partial or full refund (at our discretion).

Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe.


5. Order Modifications & Cancellations

Orders may only be modified or cancelled before production begins.

Once the order has been sent for printing or production, cancellations and refunds are not allowed, as materials and production resources would have already been allocated.


6. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • If a return is approved, return shipping instructions will be provided.

  • We do not accept unauthorized returns without prior confirmation.


7. Color & Print Expectations

Please note:

  • Colors displayed on digital screens may differ from the final printed product.

  • Minor variations in color, finishing, or material texture are considered normal in printing processes.

If color accuracy is critical, we recommend requesting a sample or proof before placing a bulk order.
