As a web-to-print platform, we print according to the files and specifications submitted by you.

  • You own or have permission to use all uploaded artwork, designs, logos, and content.

  • Your files do not infringe any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.

  • Your content does not violate any laws or regulations.

We are not responsible for:

  • Spelling errors

  • Design mistakes

  • Low-resolution images

  • Incorrect file setup

  • Color variations due to screen differences

We do not edit or proofread customer-submitted files unless explicitly requested as an additional service.


4. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Payment must be made in full before production begins.

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order specifications.

Failure of payment authorization may result in order cancellation.


5. Production & Delivery

Production times vary depending on product type and order volume.

  • Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

  • Delays may occur due to public holidays, courier issues, or unforeseen production circumstances.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the courier.


6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the customized nature of printed products:

  • Returns and refunds are only accepted for manufacturing defects or errors caused by us.

  • Claims must be submitted within the timeframe stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

  • Change of mind or customer file errors are not eligible for refund.
